These terms and conditions apply to all registrations between the buyer and Football Scouting North East.
This transaction will be deemed a contract of sale and governed by English law.

Non UK Registrations:

Currently we do not except registrations from outside of the UK mainland on this site.

Payments:

All bookings require payment in advanced in full by credit or debit card before Trials take place. The payment will be handled by a secure on line payment facility for total security and to avoid fraudulence.

All registrations will be in Pounds Sterling.

Although we make every effort to maintain prices, they may be subject to alteration without prior notice.

Booking and Cancellation:

Once your payment has been accepted, your confirmation email will be sent confirming your place at your selected trial.

Trial Day Fees are non-refundable, and you are also unable to change the date once booked.

All information given by the players in the player profile section will remain completely confidential to all other players booked onto the trials. Only Scouts and owner of Football Scouting North East can access this information.

Football Scouting North East reserve the right to change the date and location of any trial day. Any changes to the trial days will be notified to all attendees and your reserved place will be completely transferable.

If Football Scouting North East have to cancel any trial days due to reasons beyond our control, Football Scouting North East is not responsible for any costs involved in any travel arrangements or accommodation.

All coaches/staff who attend our trial days will have all the relevant qualifications including Child Protection Certificates and CRB checks.

Football Scouting North East do not provide any personal injury insurance cover to any players that attend the trial days. Players should contact their relevant County FA for information on where they can acquire personal insurance. Football Scouting North East will not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or theft of possessions at the trial day.
